4) Stock Policy (Separate for Both Models)

Stock amount is separate and not included in franchise cost for Model A or Model B.

Opening Stock Rules

  • Shot glass minimum order: 5,000 pieces
  • Frozen fruits minimum: 10 KG each
  • Jamun and Falsa: 20 KG each (minimum)
  • Freight is extra for every shipment

Post First Order Rules

  • After first order, per-item KG is flexible
  • Total minimum order quantity: 40 KG
  • Only total KG is counted, not per-item KG
  • All stock movement must be entered in software

5) Cold Room and Freezer Requirements for Model A and Model B

Cold room setup cost is franchisee responsibility. Company provides only required item guidance.

6) Staffing Schedule, Uniforms, and Hygiene

Staffing discipline and hygiene standards should remain consistent for daily service quality.

Daily Staff Schedule

  • Cashier and helper should report 1 hour before opening
  • Reporting time may vary as per cold room and outlet distance
  • Stock should be collected in ice boxes before outlet opening
  • All staff must follow hygiene and software entry SOP

Uniform and Hygiene Update

  • Both models: staff will be 1 cashier and 1 helper.
  • Strict hygiene is mandatory: clean uniform, apron, gloves, handwash discipline, and sanitized service area.

7) Brand Compliance, Music Policy, and Basic Terms

Detailed privacy and termination clauses will be disclosed in final agreement. Basic mandatory points are below.

Mandatory Compliance

  • Software must remain active at all times
  • No software tampering or duplicate ingredient usage
  • Uniform, apron, gloves, and hygiene SOP are mandatory
  • Brand presentation must follow company approved standards

Music and Service Policy

  • Only English and Punjabi songs are allowed
  • No local songs are allowed apart from approved categories
  • Service behavior should remain professional and customer-friendly
